I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information regarding temporary accommodation and social housing provision within your authority.

1. Expenditure:

Please confirm the total amount spent by the council on temporary accommodation placements within the private rented sector during the most recent full financial year.

1. Void Properties (Temporary Accommodation):

Please confirm the current number of void (unoccupied) properties that the council has within its temporary accommodation portfolio.

1. Subsidy Loss:

Please provide the total subsidy loss related to temporary accommodation for the most recent full financial year.

1. Families Awaiting Placement:

Please state the current number of families awaiting suitable temporary accommodation.

1. Empty/Decanted Properties for Regeneration:

Please provide the number of council-owned properties currently empty or decanted and awaiting regeneration or redevelopment.

Empty/Decanted Properties for Regeneration: Please provide the number of council-owned properties currently empty or decanted and awaiting regeneration or redevelopment. 11 have a void status of potential development & 1 has a void status of potential demolition.
