1. The Council’s Licensing Services Manager is the officer responsible for the management of taxi licensing. Please note that we cannot disclose their name or contact details as this information is exempt under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
2. The software used is Arcus. The contract is for 10 years and commenced in 2025. The value of the contract is £338,458.
