DFG (Disabled Facilities Grant) funding break down & discretionary numbers

I wish to request the breakdown of awarded grants within SDDC for DFG projects (Privately owned properties only) for the following catergories for the last 3 financial years with '25/26 being a part year:
1.Quantity of grants (number form for each band i.e.12) where total grant awarded (mand+discr) was in the £ bands of 0-15,000 / 15,001-30,000 / 30,001-40,000 / 40,001-60,000 / 60,001 or over.
2. Quantity of grants (also in number form for each band) where the discretionary only part of the grant awarded was in the following £ amount bands: 0-10,000 / 10,001-20,000 / 20,001-30,000 / 30,001 or over.
3. where the client/SU qualified for a 100% grant how many cases (as a number) was a client contribution required and works completed and how many as a comparison didn't proceed due to clients/SU not submitting the required funds.

QUESTION ONE – Number of Grants Awarded (Mandatory + Discretionary)
1. Quantity of grants (number form for each band i.e.12) where total grant awarded (mand+discr) was in the £ bands of 0-15,000 / 15,001-30,000 / 30,001-40,000 / 40,001- 60,000 / 60,001 or over.

QUESTION TWO – Number of Discretionary Grants Awarded (Only includes SDDC discretionary funding does not include other sources of discretionary funding eg DCC Adult Social Care)
2. Quantity of grants (also in number form for each band) where the discretionary only part of the grant awarded was in the following £ amount bands: 0-10,000 / 10,001-20,000 / 20,001- 30,000 / 30,001 or over.

QUESTION THREE – Number of Grants awarded where a client had a contribution
3. Where the client/SU qualified for a 100% grant how many cases (as a number) was a client contribution required and works completed and how many as a comparison didn't proceed due to clients/SU not submitting the required funds
