I am emailing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act.
The request relates to Heritage & Destiny, a far-right political organisation.
Please provide me with the following information:
· a copy of the minutes of any council meetings between the dates of 04/01/22 and 04/07/22 where an event organised by Heritage & Destiny that took place on 04/04/22 at St Anthony's Social Centre, Cadley was discussed.
· a copy of any reports or enquiries relating to an event organised by Heritage & Destiny that took place on 04/04/22 at St Anthony's Social Centre, Cadley.
· a copy of the minutes of any council meetings where Heritage & Destiny was discussed between 20/11/24 and the present date.
· a copy of any correspondence between the council and Heritage & Destiny, its officers and representatives between the dates of 04/01/22 and 04/07/22.
· a copy of any internal correspondence where Heritage & Destiny was discussed between 04/01/22 and 04/07/22.
· a copy of any correspondence between the council and police services where Heritage & Destiny was discussed between 04/01/22 and 04/07/22.
If any part of my request is unclear please let me know and I would be happy to clarify. If the information requested is held only in part, please release the portions that can be disclosed.

Response
We have carried out authority-wide checks in relation to your request, including with Legal and Democratic Services. No information is held by those services falling within the scope of your request.
We also made enquiries with the Communities service. We have been advised that the venue and event you refer to (St Anthony’s Social Centre, Cadley) appear to be located in Preston and do not relate to this Council. On that basis, the Council does not hold reports, minutes, or correspondence concerning the event or the organisation Heritage & Destiny within the timeframes specified.
Accordingly, the Council does not hold any information in scope of your request and this is therefore a nil return.
