To understand how your organisation structures and resources digital delivery, please provide the following concise information:
1. Team Sizes & Structure
For the following teams, please provide total FTEs and the number of managers vs staff:
* CRM development
* Web development
* Web content
* Digital/UX/Service Design
* Business Analysts supporting CRM/digital
* Integration team supporting CRM/Web integrations
* CIO/Change/Transformation officers supporting CRM/digital/web
Please also confirm:

2. Pay Bands

3. Remit
Digital Transformation Team
The Digital Transformation team provides technology to create a digital connected knowledge platform, underpinning modern ways of working: Microsoft Apps, Systems Integration, CRM. In addition, the functions of Street Naming and Numbering (SNN), Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG) Custodian and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) all operate within this team.

Transformation Team
The Transformation Team provides support for all service areas to improve processes and make greater use of technology in addition to managing a corporate evaluation framework for projects including standardised governance and documentation. The Transformation Team support and deliver more streamlined processes, systems and channels, ensuring the Council will be able to establish an increasing focus on local communities and places, in addition to more efficient and repeatable services.
Communications and Engagement Team
The team is responsible for keeping internal and external stakeholders informed about the work of the Council including through media releases, website and social media platforms.
The team is also responsible for reactive media relations and promoting the work of the Council across all media platforms.
