I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information act 2000:
All prosecutions of, and civil penalties issued to, companies by the Council under the Housing Act 2004 since 2010, including name of the company, date of prosecution/penalty, size of monetary penalty including costs awarded, and a brief description of the offence

Please note that the names of the individuals involved have been withheld, as disclosure would reveal the personal data of third parties. This information is exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
