Request
I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, an Excel spreadsheet containing details of all contracts due to expire within the next 12 months. Specifically, I would like the spreadsheet to include the following information for each contract:
* Contract reference number
* Contract name
* Start date
* End date
* Any extensions granted
* Contract value
* Winning bidder
* List of all other bidders who participated in the original tender process
I would appreciate it if you could provide this information at your earliest convenience. If there are any fees associated with this request, please inform me beforehand.
Response
The majority of the information you have requested is already published on our website within our Contract Register, which provides details of current contracts. You can access the Contract Register here: Procurement - Contract Register | South Derbyshire District Council.
With regard to your request for a list of all other bidders who participated in the original tender process, the Council does not hold this information in a single, centrally maintained list or spreadsheet.
