I am writing to make a formal request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide the following information:
Electrical Testing – EICR, PAT, Emergency lighting, and Lightning protection services
* Current Contract Status: Start and end dates of the current contracts.
* Specific department or person responsible for managing these contracts
* Contract Scope: A general overview of the services covered, such as routine inspections, testing (e.g., to BS EN 62305 standards), and remedial repairs.
This information will enable us to understand your current service schedule and prepare effectively for any future tender or renewal opportunities.
If any part of this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you would contact me as I understand that under Section 16 of the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.

Details of service specifications and requirements are made available as part of the formal procurement process when opportunities arise.
