I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The purpose of this request is to gather data on the EPC ratings of social housing.
Specifically, I am seeking anonymised, current data on the following:
1. The total number of council-owned social housing dwellings within your local authority’s housing stock (as of November 2025)
2. The total number of council-owned social housing dwellings within each EPC rating band (A, B, C, D, E, F, G)
