5. How many fines did the council give out for fly tipping on public land in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and up to November 2025?
6. How many fines did the council give out for fly tipping on private land in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and up to November 2025?
7. What was the total amount in fines that the council handed out for fly tipping in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and up to November 2025?
